We are loving the house. We are finally moved in and everything seems to (finally) have a space.We met Jennifer on accident. We were driving around looking at houses we had viewed on Zillow and Realtor.com. We had passed a house she was selling and just wanted some basic info. On a Saturday evening, around 6 pm, Jennifer came over (she only lived across the street but still, on a Saturday!) and showed us around. We then stood and talked for the better part of half an hour. We hadn't had a great experience with a realtor a friend had matched us with. Within that 30 minutes, Jennifer became our favorite person. As a couple trying to find their first home, we had no idea what we were doing. Even before she was our realtor, Jennifer gave us loads of advice and helpful information from what to look for, what we needed and didn't need based on our plan, different programs to look into based on being first time homeowners and more. The second we got in the car after meeting her, we knew she was sent straight from heaven. We called a few days later asking if she would help us in our home search. She took us from house to house, always very honest in what her thoughts were. We wanted all the information we could receive and she willingly provided it, including answering all questions we had (and there were a lot) and taking us to every house we wanted to see (also a lot). She was there through our triumphs, tribulations, and frustrations. She helped us visualize and identify things we couldn't see. And most importantly, she found us our home. Jennifer had made mental notes of what we were looking for and where. She heard of a brand new listing and got us in right away. Two days later, we were under contract. But it didn't stop there, Jennifer came to our home inspection to be the translator and outline what everything meant, what needed to be done immediately, and what to add to the contract. She held our hand and listened to our frustrations through the closing process (there were a lot).
